In the above video we study the reflection
of a wave at a fixed end.
The blue line at the bottom of the video indicates
the position of the front of the reflected pulse.
Here, we stop the video at a different instant as in the previous video.
Notice that there are (almost) no displacements in the part
where the two waves interfere at the instant that the video is stopped.
There are here still some displacements because the video did not catch
the instant where all displacements are exactly zero.
