My supervisor is MIKE BIRSE. 
Who always has been very patient with
me and my slow progress, especially recently......
My current research interests involve studies in: Thermal Field Theory. QCD Phase Transition. Chiral symmetry at finite temperature. However during my MSc studies I 've managed
to do some
work on the baryogenesis problem and the
electroweak phase transition And I 'm very tempted for some research in inflationary cosmology, if I 'll ever find some time to do that ..........
(hopefully I'll do.......I've already have a collaboration proposition and
of course I cannot refuse..........!!) I 've managed finally to publish some of
my recent work with title "Linear sigma model and chiral symmetry at
finite temperature "in the
J. Phys. G: Nucl. Part. Phys (Vol 25, No 11, pp
2225-2241, Nov 1999 but
access might be restricted). You can find the preprint form following

A FEW MORE THINGS ABOUT ME: I am a maths tutor to first year students
and I really enjoy that........
I share the room 6.53 of the Physics
Department with
Agustin Sabio Vera, who is
always about
(when not away for a conference....) and has some interesting stuff
in his pages (personally I like the cartoons very much!). However all
nice things they do have an end. Agustin has secured a job
(in Cambridge, of course what did you expect?????!!!!!!) and he's
going to leave me alone soon........(sniff.......)
But I'll manage.............(I hope so!), you see, it's very
difficult to find someone to argue all the time
and at the same time to be your best friend..........!
By the way he's writing up as well...............a writing up race is going to find me looser.........and I have to pay for a special dinner!!!!!!!!!
However I'll be left with Sasha Kvinikhidze instead ............. Another source of disagreements, and not only in PHYSICS!.........
I live in
MOBERLY HALL, where I am one of the
3 residential tutors. I come from a small village in
central-east
HELLAS, which is called Agios Konstantinos and
I think that is a really beautiful place .....
Used to be a port (and of course still is..... !!!) of ancient Lokris
